Medicaid Redesign Team

In 2011, HEP ran a successful statewide campaign in support of the recommendations of New York’s Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) to improve the health of New Yorkers, enhance the patient care experience, and reduce healthcare costs. The New York State Legislature passed 78 of the MRT’s recommendations.
