This FREE event is a great opportunity for YOU to learn valuable tips and gain resources for maintaining a healthy heart. You’ll receive essential information on nutrition, blood pressure management, and smoking cessation, along with CPR demonstrations.
A local nutritionist will be onsite to provide a sample heart-healthy meal, complete with a recipe to take home. Also, the first 25 attendees will leave with home blood pressure monitors!
