DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in becoming a healthcare professional? Join us at the Healthcare professionals that look like me launch event! Register here. \nDuring the event\, youth will get paired with a mentor based on their preferred profession. We will have doctors from varying specialties\, nurses\, social workers and healthcare administrators. The commitment is for 6 months\, where youth will meet with their mentors for 1 hour\, once a month and this can be done in person or zoom based on the preference and availability of both parties. Mentors will connect youth with resources\, and pathways to achieving their careers goals in the healthcare field.
